Attorneys are often referred to as counselors, although few do any true counseling. Our law firm is unique in that our attorney, Gerard V. Muriello, has a background in counseling and psychology. Before being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006, he was trained as a school psychologist, and worked as a child and family therapist, behavior analyst and exceptional student education compliance officer. With this background, he brings a unique perspective to family law, particularly those cases involving children, as well as special education law.
